I am a natural facilitator! 

I love helping and leaving a positive mark on everyone who comes into my life, both personally and professionally! 

To summarise my life journey to date:

I was born on 23 December 1972, in the small village of Longa, Moimenta da Beira, in the municipality of Tabuaço and district of Viseu. 

My father was a police officer and was in charge of the Mafra police station, where I completed my primary education. After that, we moved to Mem-Martins, where I lived until

adulthood. 

I graduated from UAL (Autonomous University of Lisbon) with a degree in Business Management. 

I started my professional life at Xerox Portugal as a Sales Account. In this fantastic sales school, I learned how to deal with customers and understand that a business relationship

is not just a moment, it is a lifetime. It is about gaining someone's trust and

never betraying that trust and their expectations, because something that

takes a lifetime to achieve can be destroyed in just seconds. 

After this fantastic experience, I took what I had learned and implemented it at Papelaria

Fernandes, as Marketing Manager. After 11 wonderful years and after the

painful closure of PF, I returned to Xerox, this time to a

dealer, as a Nominated Account for another 10 years. 

My role in working with large accounts was precisely to develop customer relationships, be a facilitator and solve problems before they impacted the normal functioning of companies.

The real estate market, being a business of people for people, comes naturally to me,

as I can apply everything I have learned in my various professional experiences to this area.
