Well, I started my career in real estate in Portugal in 2018, but I already had 10 years' experience from Brazil, as a consultant, then as Team Manager and then Commercial Director.
I joined REMAX because it was the leading brand in the country, but I joined the REMAX Team when I was still in Brazil and because I empathised with the entrepreneurial spirit of the brokers: Nuno Amaro and Nuno Mourão.

Today, as Commercial Director of the TEAM shops on the Cascais coastline, my aim is to help elevate the services involved in being an excellent consultant in the property market, contributing with my way of mentoring people and processes.

I believe that a good leader doesn't order, but rather brings out the best in each of his or her team members, directing them towards a goal. A good leader is one who INSPIRES people to do what needs to be done in favour of the goal set. This is the high result of my consultants within the REMAX Team Group.
