My name is Filipa Silva and I have a degree in Animal Production Engineering, having worked in this sector for 20 years, initially as a production technician and later as a sales assistant.

Animals have always been my passion and for many years I couldn't imagine doing anything different or in another sector of activity. However, in 2019 I made the decision to change career and, unexpectedly but fortunately, I began my career in the real estate sector.

I immediately fell in love with the business because I'm a "people's person"! and that's the basis of all real estate work, the relationship between people!

In animal production, I learnt the importance of planning and adapting solutions to the specific needs of each situation. Every decision was made on the basis of rigorous analysis, always prioritising and reconciling well-being and the best results. This professional start gave me a very important foundation of skills and values that I apply today in my work in real estate brokerage, creating relationships of trust and offering a personalised service to my clients.

Throughout my life, I have always believed that understanding the needs of those around us - be it a person or an animal - requires more than technique. It takes empathy and a real commitment to helping.

Today, I use that same approach to listen carefully to those who come to me, understand their stories and help them find not just a home, but the space where they will build memories.

More than a profession, I see real estate consulting as an opportunity to impact lives. For me, helping someone achieve a goal at an important stage in their life is a responsibility that I take on with dedication and rigour.
