Hello, my name is João Penacho and I'm a real estate agent for RE/MAX Place Strada Portugal. Born and raised in Portugal, I live in a small village called Sapataria, in the West region. I've been practicing athletics since 2015, something that has shaped my determination and my spirit of overcoming.

In 2023, I started a degree in Accounting and Administration at university, but I realized that I didn't feel fulfilled or happy in this area. So I decided to follow a new path and on October 26, 2024, I embraced the RE/MAX project and the +Próspero team, with the aim of thinking outside the box and feeling good and fulfilled.
