I’m Jorge Vila, a real estate consultant at RE/MAX Convictus Baía, working mainly in the areas of Cascais and Lisboa, while also assisting clients across Portugal. I’ve been in the real estate sector for 5 years and also gained experience in a property valuation company, which gave me a solid foundation to help my clients make informed and confident decisions.

I chose real estate because of its human side: the daily contact with people, the different challenges every day, and the real impact each transaction has on someone’s life. I work with all types of properties and clients, both Portuguese and international, always with a consistent, methodical approach and strong attention to detail. I believe in building relationships before closing deals - transparency, speed, and close support are the pillars of my work, and what my clients highlight most is how smooth and straightforward the whole process feels.
