About me

My name is Lídia Lourenço and I believe that each stage of my professional life was preparation for the work I do today in the real estate sector.

For more than 10 years, at Macau Television, I worked as a secretary on Portuguese programs and was the presenter of the Meteorological Bulletin for the Chinese Channel. This experience taught me how to communicate clearly and objectively, essential qualities to convey trust and help clients make important decisions.

Later, by creating my own cooking television series and founding my creative cake business, I had the opportunity to train thousands of people in more than 4,000 courses, including university classes. Here I learned the importance of patience, dedication and attention to detail – exactly the same skills that I apply today when I accompany owners and buyers in life-changing processes.

Just like making a cake, where each ingredient has to be chosen carefully, in real estate each step needs to be thought out with strategy and care so that the final result is perfect.

I am passionate about people and the art of communicating. Being a real estate consultant is, for me, the way to continue serving, guiding and sharing.

At Golden Line I found the right place to put everything I learned into practice: listen with empathy, act with honesty and follow up with professionalism.

My biggest goal is simple: to help my clients make their dreams come true. Seeing the smile on the face of someone who sold their house with ease or someone who found the right home is, for me, the greatest reward.
