I am a Real Estate Consultant with RE/MAX Collection, the network's premium segment, working mainly with buyers and investors in Porto, Lisbon, Cascais, Comporta and the Algarve.
I advise on purchase, sale and letting, with a particular focus on new developments and property investment. I work in Portuguese, English, French and Spanish.
What sets my work apart is preparation. Before advising, I analyse the local market, the comparables and the real cost of the transaction — transfer tax, stamp duty, deed, registration and refurbishment — and present return scenarios in an interactive format, so that you decide on numbers rather than impressions.
I came to real estate after 25 years in information systems and corporate training, and it shows in how I run a process: paperwork handled, clear deadlines, and no surprises halfway through.
Recognised annually by RE/MAX Portugal since 2021, including the Golden Balloon award for €500K in cumulative billings.
