Development RIVER LIVING - Alto do Seixalinho, Santo André e Verderena, Barreiro

The design seeks a clean and contemporary architecture that respects the neighborhood and, at the same time, elevates its image, with a careful design and a judicious selection of materials.

The development is located on the old waterfront of the city, next to the Coina River. Recent improvements in infrastructure have transformed the area into a local hub with good access to Av. da Liberdade and the Waterway Terminal. The location combines the urban fabric with the natural line of the river, creating a unique setting for a contemporary building that respects the character of the area and brings new urban life.

The building will have five main floors and a recessed top floor. The ground floor includes a store, an apartment, and storage rooms. From the 1st to the 4th floor, there are four apartments per floor, and on the top floor, there are three. In total, there are 20 units: 1 one-bedroom, 14 two-bedroom, and 5 three-bedroom, most with private outdoor spaces such as balconies or terraces and storage rooms, overlooking the river.
