Every step includes, but not limited to, finding the right place; getting estimates on potential income from rental / short-term rentals; recommendations on locations and properties; banking help; legal help; closing help; and, possibly the most important step, providing clear and calming advice and guidance throughout. We have bought a dozen or so homes/condos in the US and none of the realtors we worked with came close to Rui's performance.
