I would like to express my family’s sincere admiration for your outstanding efforts as our house leasing agent. We appreciate everything that you have done over the past month, the time you have spent and the professionalism you have shown in our case. We live in New Zealand and invested in a property in Lisbon last year. Our house was settled in October and immediately contacted some agents to rent it out, but the market reaction was cold and there was no suitable offer at all. Fortunately we finally found you through the recommendation of a friend, and heard that you specialize in serving overseas customer groups and have excellent performance, so we decided to have a try. As a result, just the day after the ad was published, you sent us an offer that we were quite happy with, and there were many more offers coming up in the following days. Because we are not local residents, we are very cautious about the background check of the tenant. You have a total understanding about that and have made excellent communications between the clients and us. I always ask you questions at your after work time because of the time deference between the two countries, yet you have always been patient and give me the quickest response. With your assistance , the tenant and I came to the agreement in a short time, both satisfied. What’s more, I’d like to say thank you extremely for what you have done personally to help me handle with the fixing issues of our house , which takes you a lot of time and efforts. I understand that this is entirely outside the scope of the contract, which is an additional service you provide to your customers. We are really very lucky to meet you Joao.
