Development Details

Regarding the payment plan, a down payment and subsequent installments totaling 50% of the sale price are required, divided into 10% installments, with payments due every 90 days, as follows:

- 10% via CPCV

- 10% as the first down payment installment due at 90 days, upon completion of the basement perimeter retaining wall;

- 10% as the second down payment installment at 180 days, upon the start of construction of the ground floor slab;

- 10% as the third down payment at 270 days, upon commencement of construction of the roof slab;
