I leave the curiosity to go back, with regard to the formation of the Municipality, to the 19th century. XIII, having been the seat of the Municipality between 1287 and the beginning of the century. XIX.

Pavia was, however, populated in prehistoric times, as evidenced by numerous megalithic monuments in the area, the most famous being the Anta that we find at the entrance to the town, which can be seen in one of the photographs on this page.

It remains to be said that the rehabilitation of this house, with unique characteristics, had the priority concern of its owners to preserve the original personality of the house and the place where it is located, at the same time allowing, through the materials and equipment used, to guarantee the levels of comfort and convenience that is required today.
