The rustic part covers an area of 7,500 m2, with a construction feasibility of 1,500 m2 (a land use index of 0.2 and an impermeability index of 0.9).

It is possible to implement the following options (under the scope of Decree-Law no. 39/2008, dated March 7):

• Rural tourist development, namely a Rural Hotel (minimum of 10 rooms)

• Tourist development in a plural property.

Despite being in the center of Santa Susana village, on the main street, the land is surrounded by a rural and tranquil landscape. It is located approximately 900 meters from the Pego do Altar Dam, where various recreational activities can be enjoyed.

Santa Susana is situated on the main road that connects Badajoz to the beaches of Troia and Comporta, in a region where one can combine relaxation and leisure, including various recreational and sports activities. It is a place where stress does not exist.

Santa Susana is about 1 hour and 40 minutes from Badajoz (160 km); 45 minutes from Troia and Évora, 1 hour from Lisbon, and 40 minutes from Setúbal.
