This rustic land is located close to Cabo Girão, at 580 meters high, Cabo Girão is the highest promontory in Europe, but that's not the only reason it has become increasingly famous all over the world. Its viewpoint, with the famous suspended glass platform — called skywalk — is currently one of the most visited (and certainly most photographed) tourist attractions in the municipality of Câmara de Lobos and the Madeira archipelago.

According to the PDM- Funchal Minicipal Master Plan,
has construction feasibility in strict compliance with the following conditions:
Agricultural spaces: articles 62, 63, and 64 of the PDM regulation, section I, chapter IV, title IV
Dispersed Building Areas: articles 84, 85, and 86 of the PDM regulation, section IX, chapter IV, title IV
National Agricultural Reserve: articles 8, 9, 10 and 11, section I, chapter I, title II (subject to the opinion of the regional secretariat of agriculture and environment)
Residential water drainage and treatment network: collection duct. article 21 of the PDM regulation, section III, chapter IV. Title II (subject to the opinion of Águas e Residuos da Madeira, S.A)
Low natural risk zone: article 25 of the PDM regulation, chapter I, title III
