This land is located on the site of Aviceiro, close to Cabo Girão, at 580 meters high, Cabo Girão is the highest promontory in Europe, but that's not the only reason it has become increasingly famous all over the world. the world. Its viewpoint, with the famous suspended glass platform — called skywalk — is currently one of the most visited (and certainly most photographed) tourist attractions in the municipality of Câmara de Lobos and the Madeira archipelago.

According to the PDM of the Municipal Chamber of Câmara de Lobos, it has construction feasibility but only for the part of the building located in a low and moderate natural risk zone, given that in the part located in a high risk zone, new construction is prohibited, as defined in article 24 of the PDM regulation.
