3. In addition to the buildability provided for in the previous paragraph, in each of the execution units, the construction of 8 housing units will be ensured at controlled costs through the provision of plots of land duly infrastructured for this purpose within the scope of the urban operations to be developed 

4 The maximum height of the building to be located on the lot referred to in the previous number will be 13 meters, in order to allow the construction of 8 dwellings. 

5. Without prejudice to the transfer referred to in paragraph 3 being considered for compensation purposes, the parameters for sizing areas intended for green spaces and collective use and equipment for collective use, as well as road and parking infrastructures are the general parameters defined by the PDMS Regulation.
