De acordo com o PDM actual, este terreno não permite qualquer tipo de construção. Está inserido em Espaço Agrícola de Produção e Espaço Florestal.

Rustic land located in Entre as Hortas, in the parish of Serra, municipality of Tomar.

Close to the village of Outeiro, with an area of 2,440 m², consisting of woodland and cork oak trees. Access is through another adjoining plot of land.

According to the current Municipal Master Plan (PDM), this land does not allow any type of construction. It is classified as Agricultural Production Area and Forest Area.
