I am Sérgio Ferreira, a sales consultant at Remax Elite 2, and I work as a team with Ricardo Azevedo, as the Team Leaders of the OnFireTeam by Remax.

I am a Civil Engineer by training, and Ricardo Azevedo was a real estate developer for 15 years.

My educational background includes:

A degree in Civil Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico
Member of the Engineers' Association
CIPS designation (Certified International Property Specialist) from the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR)

I worked with Brites and Sergio over the course of 6 months. They helped to facilitate the sale of land in Sao Jorge, Madeira. Brites showed me the land on a viewing and was very friendly and a knowledgeable real estate agent who knows the island very well. Sergio helped throughout the process with video calls while I was off the island and despite a delay on my end, the sale went through and the owners were happy with the process as was I.
