Rising above the blue horizon and in the shade of the green crows of the trees, is the Ocean Garden Condominium. This development was conceived in a naturally privileged terrain, due to its pre-existing vegetation and declivity in the land, from which it took advantage to provide the best housing experiences to the condominium owners. The elevated position of the plot and its natural slope, with North - South orientation, favor a good solar incidence and provide an imposing view over the ocean. In addition, the desire to preserve the existing vegetation guided the search for the exact location of the dwellings so that they had the least possible environmental impact.
