The real right of periodic habitation grants you the privilege of enjoying all the facilities of the resort, including pools, a sauna, a children’s playground, a game room, and free Wi-Fi in all areas. The hotel also offers a restaurant, bars, and naturally lit conference/event rooms.

This periodic habitation right is lifetime and can be transferred to your descendants.

It is also possible to use the property at different dates and in other hotels of the group, subject to approval from the management.
