Distinctive and historic 10-bedroom villa located in Muna de Besteiros, Tondela.

To present this villa is to talk about a love story that spawned a family and spanned generations.

It was 1916 when a young couple celebrated their marriage. Eight children were born of this union.

And so, at the beginning of the 20th century, another dream came true: the construction of a house. The house was designed in accordance with the times and with a large family in mind.

On the ground floor we find a three-room commercial shop, which at the time was one of the most important in the centre/north of the country, sourcing much of its merchandise from Spain and France.

On the first floor there is a living room, a dining room, a reading room with a balcony, five bedrooms, a kitchen, a pantry and two bathrooms. In the corridor there is a glass door to separate the social area from the private area.

On the second floor, there are five bedrooms and four storage areas.

The garage housed one of the first four cars that existed at the time in the centre/north of the country, a Ford. This car was confiscated by the state during the Second World War, as were the horses and farm animals.

Outside, there is a pleasant garden that surrounds the house, a water well and an annex with two wine presses, which were used to make red and white wine.
