House T3 in Abrantes with 113 m²

Imagine our surprise when, whilst travelling through the Alvega area in the municipality of Abrantes, our team came across a house that looked absolutely lovely, bearing a sign that read: "CASA DAS TRÊS MARIAS’. We fell in love with it straight away. 

We rang the doorbell to ask for the owner, full of curiosity and intending to ask permission to view the house, or at least the garden, which also looked very nice. 

The owner was extremely friendly and granted us access to the house.  

Meanwhile, he told us he was interested in contacting RE/MAX RUMO 4 in Abrantes, with a view to putting the house on the market. You can’t imagine our surprise (and, between you and me, our delight). We introduced ourselves and offered our services. 

We then had the opportunity to see the lovely garden, with some decorative plants, all covered in artificial grass and featuring a circular swimming pool just begging for a dip, given the lovely weather we’ve been having. 

We entered through a door leading into a good-sized living room, an adjoining space that could serve as a bedroom, and a small staircase leading up to the loft, which has high ceilings and could be used as a sleeping area. 

We then moved into an open-plan area with a small sitting room and a good-sized kitchen. A real treat. 

The total plot area is 380 m², the building footprint is 113.95 m² and the gross private area is 113.95 m².
