I could now tell you that it is a stunning 4 bedroom villa, just built, on a plot of 234.65 m2, with 252.20 m2 of gross constrution area, 162.20 m2 of gross private area and 141.41 m2 of floor area, where confort, elegance and quality come together in perfect harmony. But this was what chat GPT would say and, in reality, more than a villa, this house aims to become the perfect home for the family that sees in it all the qualities that it reveals by itself.
Therefore, because more important than what we have is what we feel about what we have, nothing better than continuing to read and understand what triggers you. For a few minutes I was thinking about how I would be able to put into words everything that this villa has to offer. That's when I realized that more than a property, this house has a story to tell. This villa was born from a dream. And because "dreams come true when the desire transforms them into action", from a plot of land was born the desire to build a house that, more than a house, could be a home.
Outside the house we can see that in a simplistic way it communicates with us through the minimalist lines and the different types of materials that were used in its constrution. The harmonization between the Portuguese pavement, grass, iron, glass and the use of contrasting colors, denote the various ambivalences that it offers.
When we enter the house, our gaze is immediately drawn to one of the central pieces of the house, the wonderful staircase which, like the exterior, combines in an excellent way the warmth of wood, with the simplicity of iron and the delicacy of glass. It is what guarantees circulation between the 3 floors that the house has at its disposal.
Going down the stairs, we have access to the -1 floor where we can find a garage with automatic gate and about 50 m2 where you can park the various family cars, and also has several additional areas (storage area, engine room and laundry area), making a total of 90 m2 of area on the lower floor of the house.
Going up again to floor 0, we can see that one of the characteristics of this house is its huge windows, which allow the entry of natural light from the outside to be acquired organically in each of the rooms, depending on the time of the day, as well as the views we receive from the outside and that invite us to feel the contact with nature.
