Four-Star Hotel Project in Sintra

In Sintra’s tourist centre, we present a complex of a three- and four-storey buildings overlooking the Ribeira de Colares valley. The architectural project, approved in August 2026, provides for a four-star hotel with 34 accommodation units: 29 rooms and 5 apartments.

The project includes a lounge and reception area, a café, bar and restaurant, as well as an independent commercial space. It provides 9 private parking spaces, while more than 50 public parking spaces are available along the road directly opposite the building.

The property has a total area of 1,411 m², of which 727 m² comprise the existing building. The proposed development preserves the region’s traditional architectural character while incorporating modern hotel facilities.

Construction budgets already exist, and contractors are ready to execute the project. No foundations or excavation works are needed.

Sintra railway station and the main square are approximately 2 minutes away by car. Sintra National Palace, Pena Palace and Quinta da Regaleira are also nearby. Access to the IC19 and A16 provides connections to Lisbon and Humberto Delgado Airport, approximately 30 to 40 minutes away by car, depending on traffic.
