Situated in the heart of the historic center of Barreiro, this full-ownership building has an approved architectural project for reconstruction and expansion. 

Currently, the building, established under a regime of full ownership, is located on Rua Marquês de Pombal 76 and Rua Conselheiro Joaquim António Aguiar, 93, 95, 97, and is composed of two contiguous, traditionally built buildings with access from different streets, having 2 floors on one side and only 1 floor on the other.

The approved architectural project contemplates the joining of the two existing and contiguous blocks into a single collective housing building, divided into 7 T1 (one-bedroom) apartments with a planned gross construction area of 486 m². The spatial organization foresees the creation of an internal courtyard, ensuring natural light for the apartments as well as for the common areas of the building.
