“Where Tomar Was Printed.” The former printing house—where the renowned newspaper *Cidade de Tomar* was printed for many years, and a building whose name has remained a fixture in the city—could soon be brought back to life.

The approved (but currently expired) project—available for review—envisages converting the building into 5 independent units (A, B, C, D, and E): one retail space, three one-bedroom apartments (T1), and one two-bedroom apartment (T2), with a total construction area of ​​425.57 m². The building is located within an Urban Rehabilitation Area (ARU zone) in Tomar—as certified by the City Council in August 2026—which means that rehabilitation works are subject to a 6% VAT rate.
