The house, approximately 55m², has two entrances that provide access to complementary spaces. On one side, a large open space with a high ceiling, ideal for a mezzanine, is enhanced by a unique architecture with impressive granite stone walls typical of the region and double-glazed windows.

On the other side, a finished space includes a bathroom, a possible toilet, and a technical room equipped and insulated to ensure optimal temperature control, protecting the batteries and guaranteeing their longevity.

The motorhome:

Electricity: It is connected to the house's solar system. However, it also has its own electrical system with a Rolls deep cycle battery and a 100W solar panel on the roof, as well as an additional 100W portable kit. There is an inverter with a battery status indicator. Several LED lights still work. The house's electrical cable is sheathed and buried. The motorhome's water supply pipe is also buried.

The motorhome, a 2009 Mercedes Sprinter Turbo currently out of service, includes a compact kitchen with sink, gas stove with oven, a motorhome refrigerator (not functioning properly), and storage space. There is a raised bed with storage space underneath, as well as the battery, water pump, and gas cylinder. A small living area has seating that also serves as storage cupboards and a removable table. There is a shower with electric and gas heating. It also includes a cast-iron wood-burning stove.
