Located in Ervedosa do Douro, in the municipality of São João da Pesqueira and the district of Viseu, the property is about 400 meters above sea level and is 8 km from São João da Pesqueira and 13 km from Pinhão, on the left bank of the Douro River, with excellent accessibility, as it is five minutes from the N222.

The combination of wine and olive oil production and the possibility of building properties for tourism increases the value of this property, due to its enormous potential for investment in the tourism sector, which is clearly expanding in the Douro. Due to its privileged location, the land offers a 360º view over the region. On this estate, with around 15 hectares of vines letter A, B and C, the following were produced in 2024: 54 barrels of DOC wine (around 30,000 liters) and 18 barrels for the production of PDO Port wine (around 10,000 liters).

The area of the quinta stretches over several slopes with excellent sun exposure, and contains a water spring with a support tank, borehole and company water next to the main gate. It is also worth mentioning that the tarmac road passes the entrance to the property.

The property also has a recently restored warehouse with 2 wine presses and ample space for storing agricultural implements.
