Due to the relevance of tourism activities, especially those related to nature, tourism use is allowed in rural land, in the categories and subcategories of forest land and agricultural land, identified in the Land-use Map, as long as its compatibility with environmental constraints and heritage, specific regimes of easements and public utility restrictions is guaranteed and its compliance with the building parameters established in this Regulation for the categories where they fall is demonstrated.
