Rustic land plot with 33.240 sqm, of flat characteristics, currently classified in the PDM as Agricultural Spaces and with great aptitude for this activity.

 According to Article 106 of the PDM, being the area greater than 2 hectares, construction may be permitted.

In the agricultural areas, without prejudice of special applicable regimes, of the general dispositions of the PDM Regulation, in special the ones that refer to the architectonic and landscape integration foreseen in Article 36 and the special dispositions of Article 53, in Article 70 and in Article 112, the edificability is the one that results of the cumulative fulfilment of the conditions referred in Article 106.
