Land located 10 km from Viseu, in an excellent location next to the entrance to the IP5 in the Figueiró area, therefore offering good access to the IP5, A25 and A24. 

The land is flat, has approximately 80 meters of road frontage, is walled and has its own water through a well. 

Due to its size, the land can be the target of a prominent urban planning operation, allowing the construction of a building on each lot and construction affecting compatible activity, with a maximum height of 6.5 meters. 

As it is located in a low-density urban area, according to the PDM, it allows the construction of 18x the size of the front, however limited to one building per lot.
