Sale of Business in Porto with virtual tour

Leasehold Sale of a Fully Operational Restaurant/Bar in Central Porto

Rua da Alegria, next to Praça dos Poveiros

We present an excellent opportunity to acquire the leasehold of a fully operational restaurant/bar located on Rua da Alegria, right next to Praça dos Poveiros, one of Porto's most central and sought-after nightlife areas.

The business already boasts a loyal clientele and generates an average monthly turnover of approximately €20,000, currently operating only on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. This presents a significant opportunity for growth by extending operating days and hours.

The premises offer spacious areas and great versatility, allowing for the continuation of the current concept—featuring live music, themed nights, and private events, or the implementation of a new restaurant, bar, and entertainment project.

The establishment comprises:
- A spacious main area with two integrated levels;
- Seating for over 80 people;
- Bar counter;
- Fully equipped kitchen;
- Covered outdoor terrace;
- Men's and women's restrooms;
- Access hallway connecting the various areas;
- Storage room with ample capacity.

The location, high foot traffic, and vibrant nightlife of the area make this space particularly attractive for anyone seeking an established business with significant potential to increase revenue.
