REVENUE

Operation income generated by the apartments is combined into a single pool and distributed among the owners according to their ownership shares. This provides a more stable and predictable income by reducing the risks of individual apartment occupancy fluctuations.

4% Guaranteed Yield

Calculated over acquisition price guaranteed for 5 years, then switches to the variable model. This option also includes 14 nights of personal use per year, free of charge.

5%+ Variable Yield (exp.)

Estimated based on similar projects and not guaranteed; the rate varies according to owner usage.

OWNER USAGE

1) Up to 14 nights per year

• Receive a free voucher equivalent to 14 nights x Average Daily Rate(ADR) of your apartment, valid at all Ando Living locations worldwide.

2) Up to 6 months per year

• Owners continue to receive their share of revenue from the revenue pool and the owner’s discounted stay cost is deducted from owners' revenue share.
• Also, the owners get up to 40% discount on longer stays at all Ando Living locations worldwide. No upfront payment required. 

3) More than 6. months per year

• Exit from revenue pool and monthly fees apply:
• The Ando Living Owner’s Club membership fee varies depending on the unit type and includes building management and access to Ando Living clubs worldwide. Fees are €150 for a Studio and 1-Bedroom, €200 for a 2-Bedroom, and €300 for a 3-Bedroom.
• €2.5 per sqm for condominium fees, plus utility expenses for the unit.
  

PAYMENT PLAN

• €10,000.00 Reservation fee;
• 20% upon signing the promissory agreement;
• 20% September 2026;
