Modern architecture villa, like new, very close to Guincho beach! Upon entering, we are welcomed by a generously sized hall that distributes the spaces, from which all areas of the house can be accessed. To the left, there is a first suite/office, this room is close to the entrance of the property and can be accessed without using the main entrance, allowing you to receive someone in your office without entering the private areas of your home.
